left them but received no Money that he believe the said Davis Cooper< no role >
alias Sutherland and Coloin took the remainder of the Branty to
Stolen as aforesaid to the house of Mr. Tate but of Which he cannot
Privately Speak otherwise them having received of Davis the Sum
of Eighteen Shillings as and for the Share of the Brandy Stolen
or last abovementioned. And further Saith not.
