The Information of Elizabeth the Wife of
Angus Mc Kenzie< no role > of Wardanr Street Soho
Linnen Draper taken the 9th. day of August
1783.

Who upon her Oath saith That on Tuesday Evening
last between the hour of 5 and 6 9. o Clock in the Evening
some person or Persons to this Informant at present
unknown feloniously Took and Carried away from and out
of the Shop of her Said Husband Situate in Wardan
Street aforesaid one piece of Manchester [..]
Blue and White Linnen Check containing about
36 Yards of the Value of Eighteen Shillings and
Upwards That the piece of Linnen Check now produced
is the Identical Piece which was feloniously Stolen
and Carried away from her said Husband Shop as
aforesaid
