Who being upon their Oaths say and first the said
John Trapp< no role >
for himself saith That the Great Coat and Shoes
now produced are the property of him this Informant
and were in his Counting House at Field Gate
aforesaid
yesterday
The said Terence Cosgrove< no role >
for himself Saith that last
night between the Hour of Seven and Eight o'Clock he
Locked up Fastened and Secured the Counting House
belonging to the said John Trapp< no role >
and when he so Locked
the same up the Great Coat and Shoes abovementioned
were therein that being called up this Morning between
the Hours of one and two o'Clock and Informedthehis
Master the said John Trapp< no role >
had been Robbed he with others
went to the said Counting House and found the Door
open and the said Coat and Shoes taken away from
and out of the same
And the said Edward Craft< no role >
for himself saith that this
Morning about half an Hour after twelve o'Clock he Stopped
the person new present in White Chapel
High Street
with
a Bundle who says his Name isWilliam
William Lawrence< no role >
where it appeared the said Bundle consisted of
a Great Coat containing Nine pair of Shoes which
he now produces and deposes are the same that
he stopped on the said William Lawrence< no role >
as afsd.
