The Information of John [..] Wighton< no role > of Church
Lane White Chapel taken on Oath before
me John Staples< no role > Esquire one of His Majesty's of the
Peace Acting in and for the said County the fifth
day of May 1783

Who being on his Oath saith that last night
about the Hour of Nine he went with the person
now present who calls herself ann Quince< no role > into
a Room up two pair of Stairs in Catherine Wheel
Alley White Chapel . That he sat himself down
on the Bed and went to Sleep, th at when he
awaked which was about Ten o'Clock he found
he had been Robbed of Seven Guineas and once
half Penny& other things and that the half penny now produced
by John Resell< no role > is the property of him this
Informant and was taken out of the Pocket of
the said Ann Quince< no role > last Night in the Watchouse
after she was in Custody and which said
Half penny was Stolen from him with the
rest of his Money.
