taken before Us three of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and
for the said County,

Who being Severally upon Oath say and first
this Informant Joseph Fowler< no role > for himself
saith that he lies at Sunning in the County
of Oxford that on the 26t. of July last he turned
out the Horse now produced by the other Informant
Thomas Johnson< no role > [..] on an adjoining [..]
Common and [..] on the Monday Morning
following went to fetch the said Horse
from of the said Common when he found
the said Horse her been feloniously
Stolen and taken away, and this
Informant Clement Crutwell for
himself saith that he lives at Securing
as above that he turned out the Horse now
Produced by the other Informant [..] Thomas
Johnson< no role > [..] on the
Said Common and on the 28h of July
last he missed the said Horse from of
the sand and Common and further saith
that thousand Horses was feloniously
taken and lead away lent by whom
