and Robbed him at the time and in the manner he has
above described And further says that the Piece of a
Hanger now produced from the five Places [..] in it which
were mended [..] near to the Hilt he is positive and
certain that it is a part of the Hanger of which he was
so Robbed as abovementioned

And these Informants Charles Ginble and John
Dixon< no role > for themselves Jointly say that upon their
Receiving Information of a Person having been Robbed
on the Brumpton Road of a Watch Seven Guineas
& an Hanger & that the person Robbed had been very ill
Used by three Men these Informants on Saturday
the 20th. July last apprehended the person now present
who calls himself Evan [..] Price< no role > in his Bed in a
Room in Grub Street and by his Bed side they found
One Hanger & the Piece of the Hanger now produced
which Piece is Sworn to be a Part of the Hanger
taken from the other Informant and a large Pistol
loaded very high with Gun powder a Piece of Old Iron
Wards of a Key and same Pieces of Cut Pewter
all which are now produced upon Examining the
said [..] Prices Coat and Waistcoat there were
several Spots of Blood upon them which is now
produced
