on Oath before us Two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace
in and for the said County the 26th. day
of June 1782.
Who [..] That on Sunday Morning last about the
hour of 5 oClock he was met in King Street
Drury Lane
by a Woman who says her Name is Jane Conqueror< no role >
That at her request he went with the said dane Conqueror
to a Lodging house in Lewkners Lane Drury Lane
That he laid himself down on a Bed in a Two pair of
Stairs Room in the said Lodging house and fell [..] into
a Sheep That he awake about half past 8 o'Clock the same
Morning and found himself Robbed of a Silver Watch
and about Eight Shillings in Silver That there was no
other Person in the said Lodging Room but the said Jane
Conqueror< no role >
to this Informant Knowledge and therefore
this Informant verily believes the said Jane Conqueror< no role >
was
the person, who Robbed him of his Watch and Money as
above mentioned
