John Williamson< no role > Clerk to Mr. John Cokayne< no role > of Lyons Inn in the County
of Middlesex Gentleman Sollicitor for the above Named Defendant and John
Cokayne
< no role > of Lyons Inn aforesaid Gentleman Severally make oath and say
and first the said John Wilkinson< no role > for himself Saith That he did on Saturday
the 29th day of June last save the above Named John Jones< no role > with a true Copy of the
Notice hereunto Annexed by delivering to and leaving the same with the above
Named John Jones< no role > at the House of one Samuel Price< no role > known by the Sign of
the White Horse Alehouse in Covent Garden in the City of Westminster where
he the said John Jones< no role > then was And both these Deponents each
Speaking for himself Say that the said Notice has not in any Manner
been Countermanded or varied since such Service on and Delivery as
aforesaid to the said John Jones< no role >
