Who being on Oath say and first the said Zachariah Batterby< no role >
says
that on the 28th.. of April last, he made up a Quantity of Coach Lace
[..] produced into a Parcel and directed the same to Messrs. Morton
& [..] which Parcel he delivered that Day to the said

to carry to the Black Bear to go by the Bath
Coach, and which said Coach Lace is the Property of Matthew

says that he received said Parcel, carried it the same
Day to the Black Bear and delivered it to the said James Bush< no role >
And the said James Bush< no role >
says that he received said Parcel,
Booked it to go by the Bath Coach, and left it in the Warehouse;
and further says he doth verily believe that the said Parcel

Coaches at BirminghamThat on the 30th.. day of April last
the Box now produced directed to "Amos Archer< no role >

Warehouse by the Coach from London. That a Person now
present who calls himself Moses Asher< no role >
(who then went
by the name of Amos Archer< no role >
) came on the 30th.. of April

[..] mant suspecting it contained Stolen Goods, told said
[..] in the Bill but not come to hand." That by
the Advice of some Friends, the said Box was opened when the
Lace Holders Etc. a Bill of Parcels, and two Letters now produces
