Who being on Oath say and first the said William Dalman< no role >
says
that two Yards and a half of [..] Cloth now produced, is the Property
of this Informant: And the said Hannah Barnett< no role >
says that
She is an Apprentice to the said William Dalman< no role >
that this
morning between 6 & 7 o'Clock a Person now present who calls
himself Peter Monroe came into her said Masters Shop,
snatched the two Yards and a half of Cloth now produced off
the end of a Compter therein, and went off with it when
she pursued him and caused him to be secured. And the
said Robert Lock< no role >
says that he saw the said Peter Monroe
pursued by the said Hannah Barnett< no role >
, at which time he
observed the Cloth now produced in his hand; and after said
Monroe had turned round the corner of Castle Court this In-
-formant picked the Cloth up from the Pavement, but did
not see Monroe drop it.
