believing it to be regular and right, not to present [..]
Indictment against the said Henry Samuel< no role > as a [..]
Accessary, untill the Bill preferred against the said
Daniel Reynolds< no role > was Found, and not out of any
Favour, or Affection towards the said Henry Samuel
or through any Promise or Hope of Restitution or
Reward from him, or from any other Person or
Persons whomsoever, she this Deponent neglected to
prefer an Indictment against the said Henry Samuel
at the time she preferred the Bill before mentioned
against the said Daniel Reynolds< no role > And this Deponent
Further saith, that understanding the saidHenry Samuel
Daniel Reynolds< no role > could not be called upon his Trial
untill a Bill was preferred against the said Henry
Samuel, she did not expect to be called upon to
give Evidence against the said Daniel Reynolds< no role >
untill she had exhibited her Bill of Indictment
against the said Henry Samuel, and for [..]

Misdemeanor under the Statute of Queen Ann
and is determined to prosecute the same with
every legal Effect.
