aforesaid, and they severally attended before the Grand
Ju [..] and gave Evidence upon the Bill preferred and
Found against the said Daniel Reynolds< no role > And these
Deponents further severally say, that supposing the said
Daniel Reynolds< no role > could not be tried as a Principal,
untill a Bill was preferred against the said Henry
Samuel< no role > , they did not attend the Court, at the Old
Bailey , untill half past ten O'Clock, this Morning and then these
Deponents appeared to give Evidence upon a Bill of
Indictment intended to be preferred against the said
Henry Samuel as an Accessary to the Felony aforesaid
but Finding that such a Bill, as was intended to be
preferred was improper, after the Acquittal of the
said Principal Felon Daniel Reynolds< no role > , these
Deponents voluntarily offered their Endeavours towards
the Prosecution of the said Henry Samuel for a
Misdemeanor, and they severally have been examined
of the Grand Jury on a Bill preferred by the said
Elizabeth Swinburn< no role > against the said Henry Samuel
for a Misdemeanor, and intend to give Evidence
on the Trial of the said Henry Samuel for the said
