that when the Wittness went in the
Deceased say'd he was glad to see him
and gave him a glass of Ale which he
filled out of a Pot & the wittness drank
it and sat down among them being
all intimate acquaintance & all Irish
about three oClock. they then Call'd for
the Reckoning Dennis Burn< no role > threw
dawn half a Crown, which was more
than the whole reckoning as the Landlord
said when one of the Company desired
more Liquor to be brought in
saying there should be no Change
given out of the halfcrown that
two Pote [..] more werewasbrought in
[..] whilst they were drinking
a dispute arose between Dennis
Burn
< no role > & the Deceased about a Publick
House the Deceased say'd that Mr
Nowland of Kentish would land
him Forty or, Fifty Pounds on any
Occasion Burn say'd that Nowland
of Kentish Town was a good for
nothing Fellow for that he had
refused him a favour on a former,
Occasion upon [..] words a
dispute arose & which the Deceased gave
Burn a blow with the Black of
his hand on the Face then Burn
say'd he would fight the Deceased
No 2 & attempted to strip which was
prevented by one of the Grimeses
