Elizabeth Swinburn< no role > of White Cross Street No 206 in the
County of Middlesex Wire Drawer , Thomas Swinburn< no role > of the same Place
Wire Drawer and William Abdy< no role > of Oat Lane, Noble Street ,
London, Silversmith , severally make Oath and say, And
First the said Elizabeth Swinburn< no role > for herself saith,
that on the sixth Day of March last past, she this
Deponent was bound in a Recognizance of twenty
Pounds, by Thomas Wright< no role > Esquire one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the City of London , upon Condition
to prefer a Bill of Indictment, and to prosecute the
same with Effect, at the General Quarter Session of
the Peace then next following, to be holden in and
for the said City of London , against the abovenamed
Daniel Reynolds< no role > and Henry Samuel< no role > for the Offences
Following, to wit, against the said Daniel Reynolds< no role >
for Feloniously stealing a silver pirt Mug and one
Ounce of bengal Silk of the Value of three Pounds
and upwards, the Property of herthisDeponent, and
[..] at the said Henry Samuel for Feloniously
[..] eiving the said silver mug and Silk, he well knowing the
same to have been stolen And this Deponent
Further saith, that Yesterday Morning, she preferred
a Bill of Indictment to the Grand Jury [..]
[..] against the said Daniel Reynolds< no role > for the Felony
aforesaid, and the same was Found a true Bill, and
was brought down, to the Court at the Old Bailey
Yesterday Evening as Deponent is informed and believes but being ignorant of the Mode
of Proceeding on rich Occasions, she was led to believe
by the Information of several Persons, that she could
not prefer any Bill of Indictment against the said
Henry Samuel as an Accessary after the Fact, untill
the said Bill she had preferred against the said
[..] niel Reynolds was returned and Found by the
[..] Jury to be a true Bill And this Deponent
[..] th, that relying upon such Information and
