Who being upon Oath says that this Evening about 5
oClock three persons now present who call themselves Mary Barrington< no role >
Catherine Guard< no role >
and Ann Lloyd< no role >
came into the shop of the
said Mr. Jerremy to buy some MuslinThat during the time
he was shewing the said Mary Barrington< no role >
some Muslin
which she agreed to punch are and had desired this informant
to Cut three Yards of it from a Piecehe perceived the said
Catherine Guard endeavouring to Conceal something under
her CloakThat he soon afterwards perceived thro' a Hole
in the Cloak of the said Catherine Guard< no role >
some Muslin
That he then called Mr. Jerremy when the said Catherine
Guard attempted to give a Remnant of Muslin now
Produced to the said Mary Barrington< no role >
, but in the Scuffle
she dropped the same and further says that he is very
sure all the said three persons were concerned in
stealing the same
