Middlesex To wit


The Voluntary Information of Elizabeth Ireland< no role >
the Younger of Red Lion Market near Old
Street in the said County Spinster taken
before me this First Day of December 1781.

Who being on Oath says that she is Daughter of Elizabeth
Ireland
< no role > now present That between 11 and 12 o"Clock on
Saturday last, (this Informant being in her Mother's House and
her Mother absent) Ann Harris< no role > and James Brockley< no role > now
present came into her Mother's Shop, at which time the said
James Brockley< no role > had on his Back the eleven Blankets now
produced. That they asked for her Mother when she desired
them to go upstairs and sit down, which they did till
her Mother returned . That her Mother went up stairs first
and this Informant followed shortly after That upon this
Informant's coming into the Room where they were, she heard
her Mother say "came three Guineas Mr. Harris" which
Mrs. Harris agreed to and this Informant then observed
her Mother give three Guineas to said Ann Harris< no role > after
which said Ann Harris< no role > and James Brockley< no role > went
away, leaving the Blankets behind them with her Mother
who had bought them.
