The Information of Catharine Thistlethwayte< no role >
John Edwards< no role > , Richard Greenwood< no role > , Edward Binham< no role > ,
Isaac Bannister< no role > , Thomas Hill< no role > and William Fox< no role >
taken before me this 30th. day of Novemr. 1781.

Who being on Oath say and first the said Catharine Thistlethwayte< no role >
says that the several Gowns, Jacques, Pitticoats, Counterpanes,
Lace Ruffles and various other Articles now produced by the
respective Pawnbrokers are this Informant's property and have
been at different times feloniously stolen in the Dwelling house
of this Informant in South Audley Street and as she
verily believes by Hannah Brown< no role > now present who was
then her Servant-and further says she doth also suspect
and believe [..] Elizabeth Taconet< no role > now present to be an
Accessary after the said felony was committed, by receiving
a great part of the said Goods from the said Hannah Brown< no role >
and pawning them knowing them at the same time to
have been stolen. And the said John Edwards< no role > says that
a Gown and Petticoat now produced mentioned in Duplicate No
3 were pawned with him on the 14th instant by the said Elizabeth
Taconet
< no role > for £0..12..0 who said she pawned in for Mrs. Foster
That the Jacques Gowns and Petticoats mentioned in Duplicate
5 he believes were pawned with him by said Elizabeth Taconet< no role >
who said that they belonged to a Lady in South Audley Street
That the Counterpane mentioned in Duplicate No 4 he believes
was pawned with him by said Hannah Brown< no role > who then
went by the name of FosterAnd the said Richard
