That finding themselves at the time disappointed
theywiththe said Evans and Mills with Horrid Oaths
and Imprecations Swore they would have some thing
before they went home or came off the Water and
immediately Put off again in the saith Saiff they were
in before.

That in about three Quarters of an Housesaid
after Informant saw Evans coming from the Stairs
with a Sack in his Rack which he brought to
Informant and desired him to takehimhold of
he accordingly did so took it on his back and was
soon after Stopped by the Watchman (Thos. Warrne)
with the Jack in his Possession. but the Contents of
which this Informant was at that time a total
Stranger to but has since been Informed it contained
Flap.
