his Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and for the
said County of Middlesex
the 11th day of July 1781
This Informant the said William Cree< no role >
saith that
some time between the Hours of eight and twelve o'Clock
in the fornoon of the 5th. day of July instant there was
feloniously Stolen out of this Informants Apartment in
Church Street
in the Hamlet of Mile End new Town
in the
said County one Suit of Cloaths one linen Shirt one linen
Gown one Stuff Gown and other things this Informant
Property.
This Informant the said Thomas Lacey< no role >
saith that
between the Hours of ten and eleven o'Clock of the Said
5th. day of July instant this Informant being in his Shop
in Church Street
aforesaid which is nearly opposite to the said
William Cree< no role >
's House, he saw Matthew Bath< no role >
and
Abraham Mayhew< no role >
come out of thesaidHouse wherein
the said William Cree< no role >
liveth, both having Bundles in
their Hands and that both walked very fast away down
Kings Street Mile End new Town
aforesaid.
