Two Shillings a Sack for the said Coals
but this Examt. refused to buy them unless
they proved them to be their Property
or bring an Order from the right Owner
that Fordham told this Examt. that the
Reason for his Wanting to sell the Coals-
was his not having Money enough to pay
his Tennage as Kings Wier-That on
the Wednesday following the sd. Jos. Cleaver< no role >
came and demanded the Money for-
the Coals which being refused He sayd
He had paid Tuckett (meaning the sd.
Wm. Fordham< no role >
) out of his own Pockett
but what He meant by saying so this
Examinant knows not
Sworn before me
this 8th. May 1781.
