On Wednesday last the 11th. of April 1781. I was Desir'd

of Pain Upon Seeing the Man I ask'd him his
Complaint's he Said he beliv'd he had the Agree but from
the Symptoms
I found he had a Violent Fever attended
with great lowness, I sent him some Medicien's and
Desir'd Every Case Might be taken of him I mention'd
to Mr. Leakey That I thought the Man in greate Danger
I Call'd the Nex Morning to See him but was informed
he Died about two O'Clock that morning I have this Day
Examined the Body upon which I find nothing That
I happrehend Could Occasion his Death
