This Informant upon his Oath saith that in the Month of
January or february last past his house situated in Cecil
Street in the Strand
was Burglariously Broke open at about
the hour of five or Six O Clock in the Evening and that there
was feloniously Stole thereout one Roman Sword and
[..] a Pistol his property and that the Roman Sword now
produced is the indentical Sword [..] which was feloniously
Stole out of his house as aforesaid and which is his
property and this Informant further saith that he doth
suspect that the person who calls himself by the Name
of William Ives< no role >
and in whose Custody it was found was
Concerned in Burglariously Breaking open his house as
aforesaid and Stealing the said Sword
