in and for the
said County this 10th day of May 1781
This Informant upon his Oath saith that On Sunday
Night last the 6th day of May Inst. [..] he was a Watching
a piece of Building near the Jubilee Gardens [..] Islington
Road
and that [..] about the hour of Eleven o Clock the
same Night he heard the voice of a Woman crying Murder
upon which he walked up the Road and saw a Man and
Woman laying on the Ground and saw three Men standing by the
said Man and Woman and directly the said three Man
ran away and this deponent pursued them but could
not overtake them so as to apprehend any One of them
but this Deponent further saith that the two Men who
now call themselves ley the Name of Boys Errburril< no role >
and William Ives< no role >
are two of the said three Persons
which he pursued
