Who being on Oath say and first the said Lewis Francis Dumay
for himself says that about 12 o'Clock at night on Tuesday the
17th. of April last he was attached in a Field near the Foundling
Hospital
by four Footpads, who cut and Wounded him very much,
and robbed him of a Silver Watch now produced by the said

, a pair of Silver Shoe Buckles, a pair of stone
knee buckles, a Crown-piece, his Hat, three pair of Silk
Stockings, a Handkerchief and two Six pences. And the said
Cecilia Brown< no role >
for herself says that she has known two
persons now present who call themselves John Calcot and
Lawrence Webb< no role >
several Months, as well as John Stonnell
and Stewkley Allen otherwise Eyle now at Large. Says that
about ten o Clock on a Wednesday morning in the Month of
April last (but the Day of the Month she cannot recollected
the said John Calcot, Lawrence Webb< no role >
, and Stewkley Allen< no role >
came together to this Informants house in Field Lane
and
sold her the Watch now produced and a pair of large silver
Shoe buckles (since melted down) for two Guineas and a
Halfs, that Webb produced the said Watch to this Informant
at this Time and the said Allen produced the Buckles.
