upon Oath before me Joseph Girdler< no role >
Esqr one of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace in and for the said County
of Middlesex this 13th. Day of
February 1775

This Informant upon his Oath saith
that John Welch< no role > late a Labourer in the New
River Company's Service did as he verity believes
at different Times feloniously take and carry
away a Quantity of Iron Pipe Hoops, the
Property of the said New River Company
which said Iron Pipe Hoops were found in
the Dwelling House of the said John Welch< no role >
