himself saith that he is a Constable that
he was applied to to take charge at Mr Dobrees
House of the said George Nicholson< no role > in [..]
consequence of which he appeared almost
Immediately that is to say before the said
George Nicholson had parted with the said Gold
out of his hand and this Informant did fine
the said Gold his hand and after same
altereation having passed between this Informant
& the said George Nichols in he took him in
charge
