Who being severally upon Oath say and first this
Informant Robert Kendall for himself saith that
he guitted the Service of Samuel Peachell< no role >
Esquire
about three Weeks ago that he left a Beaureau
with Drawers & a Chest containing a Quantity of Wearing appere sd Kings in the Apartments over the
Coach house belonging to Mr Pochell all which were
safe Locked up this Informant went into the County
and returned to Town on Tuesday the 8th. of March
instant when he was Informed that the said Coach house
and Stables had been Broke Open upon which he
went and examined the same when he found all
the Locks belonging to his Burean & Chest had been
Picked and that there had been taken & Carried away
out of the same two White Cloth Coat a White
pair of Breeches four Shirts severel Pairs of
Stockings two Pair of Bath Metal Shoe Buckles
a Common Prayer Book four Linen Cravats a
Pearlet Cloth Waistcoat Trimmed in the Gold Lace
a Silver Seal a Pair of Mocoa Stone Please
Buttons several Pocket Handkerchiefs & other thing
the Property of this Informant And this Informant
further saith that the two White Cloth Coats two
Pair of Stockings One Shirt now produced by the
several Pawn brokers are the Property of this Informant
and were taken & Carryed away from the Placett in the
Manner above described and that one Pair of White
Cloth Breeches one Shirt now produced by the other
Informant John Tubb are the property of this Informant
& were taken & Carried away as aforesaid and also that
a Livery Coat & Waistcoat also now produced by the said
Robt. Kendall
