the said County
Who being severelly upon Oath say and first
this Informant James Everett for himself
saith that he was in his Masters Shop aforesaid
this Day between the hours of one & two in the
afternoon and head a Pane of Glass belonging to his
Masters Shop break Upon which he looked to
the Broken Pane of Glass and there saw a Man
new personelly Present who calls himself George

putt his hand thorough the Broken
pane of Glass and take out severel Pieecs of Gold
described as hereinafter is mentioned that is to say [..]
four thirty Six Shilling Pieces in Weight One
Pence Sixteen penny weights one Twenty Seven Shilling
Piece of Gold [..] & a four Shilling & Six pence
Piece of Gold weight together Seven Penny weights
five Diminished and Cut Guineas & an half Guinea
Weight one Ounce Seven penny weight & twelve
Grains being all of the Value of thirteen pounds
and upwards the Goods [..] and property of
the said Mr Dobree all which said piece of
Gold lay and were placed in his said Shop
against the said pane of Glass so Broken and
this Informant did see the said George
Nicholson then and there Feloniously take
& Carry away the said Piece of Gold in his hand
as aforesaid and then went away therewith
that this Informant never lost sight of him
and over took him at about five yard distance
Seized hold of h [..] hand & found the said pieces of
Gold in the hand of the said George Nicholson in
the Street
