Who being severally upon Oath say and first this
Informant Walter Blackwell< no role >
for himself saith
that he is a Servant
to one Thomas Troy< no role >
at
Rickmansworth
in Hertfordshire
that upon Wednesday
the Second Instant he drove a Waggon of his Master
to Tour & loaded the same with Old Ropes for the
purpose of making paper after which it being too
late to set out upon his return he left the said
Waggon so loaded near to the Door of the Macdonald
Inn
in Dyot Street
Saint Giles
between Seven
& Eight o Clock at Night that about Six
o' Clock the Next Morning when he was going to
set out he observed the Rope at the Tails of his
Waggon had been Cut and [..] found that two
of the bundles of Old Rope with which his said
Waggon was loaded had been taken away but by
whom this Informant cannot say And this Informt
further saith that the two Bundles of Old Rope
now produced are of the same Kind & Quality of
those with which his Waggon was loaded & are
to the best of this Informant Opinion & belief the
two Bundles which were Stolen out of his said
Waggon at the time & place aforesaid

saith that he keeps the tap of the Maiden head Inn
