the said County of Middlesex
and is by Business a Cheese Monger
And this Deponent saith he hath been informed that a Bill of
Indictment hath at this Session been preferred and Found against
the said John Dale< no role >
for Felony And this Deponent further
saith that on or about the Twenty seventh Day of November
last he was sent for to attend the said John Dale< no role >
who was then
Ill of a Fever And that the said John Dale< no role >
has ever since been
very Ill of the said Fever which this Deponent saith
According to his Skill and Judgment is a Malignant One
And this Deponent further saith that he this Deponent
visited the said John Dale< no role >
this Morning at his House in
Wimpole Street
aforesaid And that the said John Dale< no role >
was
then so exceeding Ill that it is in this Deponents Judgment
Impossible for him to be Able to attend to take his Tryal at
this Session without endangering his Life occasioned by the
Fever aforesaid And this Deponent also further saith that
if the said John Dale< no role >
should recover of the said Fever It
would not be proper or Safe for him to go out of his House for a
Week next to come
