The Information of John Hawley< no role >
Ann Stephens< no role > Lawrence Pearson< no role >
and Thames Lyon< no role >
taken before me one of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the said County

Who being severally upon Oath say and first
this Informant John Hardly< no role > for himself saith
that about Six o Clock on Tuesday Evening last he
was in Cross Lane and enquired for a Lodging when
he was taken to [..] Room up one pair of Stairs at a
House in the said Lane by a person now present who calls he was Margt Mc Cullogh where he Undressed himself
and went to Bed and he had in the Job of his Breeches
Pocket two Guinea & half in his Breeches Pocket
about Eight or Ten Shillings in Silver in his right
heard Pocket of his Coat Six Guineas & half tied up
in a pair of Linen Stockings & a pair of Black Ribbed
Stockings a pair of Leather Gloves & two Liner Pocket
Handkercheifs a pair of Silver Buckles in his
Shoes and a Shirt in his Pocket that he fell
asleep & awaked in about two hours is almost
certain that the said Margt. Mc Cullogh< no role > did not go to Bed
with him that when he awaked he searched for his
Money in his Breeches & Coat Pocket but found that
it was all taken & Carried away and also the Shirt
two pair of Stockings Leather Gloves two pocket
Handkerchiefs & the Silver Buckles taken & carried
away and the said Margaret Mr Cullogh gone
& Strith that [..] Silver Shoe Bucklesnow produced
Shirt & Leather Gloves now produced or his
property and new taken from him at the time &
place abovementioned that when [..] he Missed his
Money & other things he alarmed the House when
a person now present who calls herself Sarah
Graham

Secured her
