Take Notice that I the abovenamed Defendant David
Maine< no role > will surrender myself on Monday next the twelfth
Day of December instant at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
London in order to take my Trial at the present General Sessions
of Goal Delivery of Newgate holden at the said Justice Hall
in and for the County of Middlesex for the Felony whereof I
stand indicted Dated this tenth Day of December 1774
