the Watchman informed him that was the Man
of whom he was in Search this Informant asked the
said Robert Smith< no role > what he had done with the Iron
thing which the Watchman saw him with the said
Smith desired any Knowledge of if or that he was
the Man the Watchman that declaringthat hehim
to be the ManthisInformant left him in his Custody
& proceeded to search the House in which Search he
found nothing [..] then they conveyed Robert Smith< no role >
to the Watch house that on Tuesday last between Eleven
and Twelve oClock at Night George Myers< no role > Constable
of the Night and Thomas King< no role > Beadle and Henry
Vale< no role > Lanthern Bearer called at the House of this
Informant & told him that they had a Found and the
Locks which the before mentioned Keys belonged & the
House where they suspected other Instruments were
concealed this Informant went with them to No. 47 Mr
Tudways House in Wimpole Street where one of the
said Keys now produced opened the Area Gate and the
other opened the House Door below in the Area both
they found it Bolled at the Top upon which they broke
a pane of Glass over the Door & [..] pirshed back the Bolt
on which the Door Opened they then Searched the said
Houses and in the Kitchen found a very large Iron [..]
& July [..] To by and Wooden Block now produced part of the
Kitchen Floor was pulled up & the said Block [..]
[..] [..] in the Ground and also another Wooden Stand
this Informant found in the said Kitchen which one
produced and two Rolls of Sheets Copper & some Iron
Springs also now produced then this Informant came
up Stairs and in the Hall near the Street Door he
found another Fly now produced with a Great Coat
also now produced Wrapped round it This Informant
further saith that the Street Door was only upon
the Spring Lock and the Key of the said Door was
delivered to this Informant by Mrs. Dale on whose
House the said Robert Smith< no role > was taken as aforesaid
