Taylor

taken before me one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said
County

Who being severally upon Oath say and first
this Informant Richard Taylor< no role > for himself saith
that he lives with his Father at Bank side in
the Parish of Saint Saviour Southwark in
the County of Surry that on Wednesday night last
about ten o Clock he saw the Copper now produced
in its proper place in the premisses of his Father
James Taylor< no role > being in his Hay left where it
had been for these two years past that early in
the morning of the next Day upon going to the
Stable he found the Door thereof had been broke
Open and that the Copper now produced being
the property of the said James Taylor< no role > had been
taken and carried away

And this Informant Mary Croney< no role > for herself
saith that she keeps an Broker's Shop in Crown
Street Saint Giles in the Fields that on Thursday
last about twelve o Clock at noon) two Men of
which the person now present who calls himself
Henry Jones< no role > is one came and offered the Copper
now produced to her for Sale which she refused
to buy as the said Copper when brought her to Shop
for Sale upon her View thereof she suspected
it had been Stolen & thereupon she Informed
Mr Barnet the other Informant to the Intent
that they might be apprehended And this
Informant Richard Barnett< no role > for himself saith
that he is a Constable that in Consequence of
