in the Portmantean Trunk above described at
the time this Informant left the said Trunk in his
Apartment as aforesaid

And this Informant Joseph Wilmot< no role > for himself
saith that he is a Lodger in the same House
with the other Informant that upon the breaking
out of the Fire on Monday Night last he assisted
his Landlord all he could in conveying away
his Goods & other effects that the other Informt
John Lewis< no role > Hanshar being absent this Informt
burst open his Room Door & took out one large
Trunk belonging to Mr. Hanshar that upon
his return in about ten Minutes in order to have
Conveyed away the other Trunk he met four or
five Men upon the Stairs who had the said Trunk
in their Possession & this Informant Imagining
they were Conveying it to some place of safety
went up [..] to the Room in order to bring away
something else and this Informant further
saith that he believes the person now present
who calls himself Henry Palmer< no role > was one of the
four or five Men whom he saw upon the Stairs
at the time the lastmentd. Trunk was carried
away

And this Informant Sampson Hodgkinson< no role >
for himself saith that about two o'Clock Yesterday
afternoon a person now present who calls himself
Henry Palmer< no role > sold to this Informant a Brown
Cloth Coat Waistcoat & Breeches now produced &
sworn to be the property of the other Informant
John Lewis< no role > Hanshar and that this Informant
paid the said Henry Palmer< no role > One pound thirteen
Shillings & Six pence for the same and this
Informant further saith that before the said Henry
Palmer
< no role > offered to sell the said Cloaths [..] this Informt
[..] upon seeing an Velvet Waistcoat & Breeches with
Gold Buttons now produced in the same bundle with the
