taken before Us do of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County

Who severally being Oath say And first this Informt.
Augusta De Grey< no role > for herself saith that on the 8th. Day
of October last 1772 She & the other Informt. Thos. De
Grey Esquire & her Family went out of Town from their
House in Chandler Saint Mary le Bone & when she
went out of Town she left in a Closet up two pair of
Stairs forwardg among other things the following [..]
now produced Vizt the Bans of a Pair of Gurnet Dross
Earnings a Gold Enamelled Fish a Gamet Girdle Buckle
a handle to a Tambour needle set in Gold two Pair of Ladge
Lace Ruffles & also locked up in a Box in the said Closet
a Gold Watch Enamelled a Blue & Gold enamelled Watch
Lase
< no role > an Ivory Tooth pick Case set in Gold a Gold Etwee
Lorsp pleat past of which is now produced a Green purse
in which at the time it was so left there was several
Crown half Crown pieces & Shillings a Dresden [..] Red
Apron & A pair of French Paste Shoe Buckles
& three Linen Handkerchief which are the
Property of Thomas De Grey< no role > Esquire

And this Informant Thomas De Grey< no role > Esquire for
himself saith that he went out of Town with his Family
as abovementd that when he went out of Town he left
in his Drawers in his Dressing Room locked up among
other things the followg Vizt. three pair of Silk Stocking
and two old Silk Stocking & the several pair of
Lace Russell< no role > one Silk Handkerchief & fors Necklace
which are the Property of this Informant this
Informant further saith that when he went out
