the Prisoners in his charge at the request of the said William German< no role >
the Prosecutor And this Deponent further saith that he did not neglect
to appear against the said Amelia Isaacs< no role > and Sarah Waters< no role > the
Prisoners through any willful contempt or Disregard to the Laws or
hindrance of Justice but entirely through this Deponents ignorance
he having Served but Three Months in the Office of Constable
