Young Ladd My Lord Mayor took Compassion
on him and Sayd he would Send him to Sea

And this Deponent further Saith that she
did not apprehend James Garder the Receiver
was or Could be Included in the same Indictmt
and this Ignorance only Omitted to prosecute
him And not to Screen him from Justice
