Abraham Mitchell< no role > of Little Dukes Place Mere [..] And all these Deponents
further Severally Say that they will use their Almost
Endeavours to apprehend the said Defendant if he should
ever be Seen in any part of Great Britain by them or any
or either of them in Order that he may be Surrendred to
appear and take his Tryal upon the said Indictment in
discharge of these Deponents Recognizance If this Honourable
Court Would pleased to respite these Deponents said Recognizance
until the said Court should make a further Order thereon
to give them and Opportunity to Discharge themselves of
being any longer Bail for the said Defendant.
