other name he does not known and this Informant by means (of a false Key) Stole
out of a House in Vinegar Yard near Hicks's Hall three Beds which
beds were all pawned the same morning by this Informant with
a Pawn broker in Bishopgate Street for four Guineas, Says that
soon after one Cuthbert who keeps an Iron Shop in Playhouse Yard
went to the Pawnbrokers and took them out of Pawn and sold them
again but to whom he cannot tell, Says the said Cuthbert gave them
a Guinea for the beds besides the Money he paid the Pawnbroker, and
that the said Cuthbert well< no role > knew the beds had been Stolen Says
that onFridaySaturday last was a Week about 5 o Clock in the morning the said
Richard Bradley< no role > John Crofts< no role > and this Informant broke open a Cellar
on Saffron Hill and Stole five Firkins of Butter, Says that Crofts
and this Informant carried four of themtoCuthberts aforesaid. and the
other Firkin Crofts and this Informant sold to Wallace in Chick Lane for
Fifteen Shillings and Six pence who this Informant believes knew it
had been Stolen, Says that John Kent< no role > had one of the Firkins left
Cuthberts and Richard Mealings and Robert Vine< no role > another Firkin
and Cuthbert told this Informant he had sold the other two Firkins
for Grease for which he paid this Informant five Shillings and
three pence Says the said Cuthbert kent Mealings and Vine knew
the said Firkins of Butter had been Stolen. Says that about three
months ago the said John Clift< no role > , Thomas whose other name he does not know
and this InformantStoleBroke open Pawn brokers Shop in Southwark and
Stole thereout some brass and Candlesticks a Tea Chest and four Silver Tea
Spoons which were all sold by this Informant and the said Thomas
aforesaid Cuthbert for about one Guinea & who knew they had
been Stolen Says that about the [..] time the said John Clift< no role >
Thomas and this Informant broke open a Shop in Moorfields and
Stole thereout or Quantity of China which was sold by the said
Cuthbert but to whom he cannot tell.
