Who being upon Oath says that he knows John Croft< no role > , Richard
Bradley< no role > , Thomas Walson< no role > , John Clift< no role > , Thomas Carter< no role > & Thomas
that on Saturday Evening the 18th. of September last about 9 to 10 o'
Clock the said John Croft< no role > Richard Bradley< no role > Thomas Carter< no role > & this Informant
broke open the House of William Keep< no role > in Round Court Cow Cross by
getting over a Wall into the Yard and from thence into the House
and stole two Petticoats one Gown several Table Cloths Napkins two
Counterpanes two Silver Salts several Table Spoons and Tea Spoons a Childs
Corrall and near Forty Pounds in Gold and Silver. Says that after they
got out of the House the said Richard Bradley< no role > and Thomas Carter< no role > left them
and went to the Sun in Green Harbour Court Charterhouse Lane , and
this Informant and the said John Crofts< no role > went to Richard Mealings in
Blue Court Saffron Hill where they let all the Goods with Mealings Wife
who knew they had been Stolen. Says they then both went to the Sun
in Green Harbour Court aforesaid where they met Bradley and Carter
Says they all drank together, staid about a Quarter of an Hour and then
Crofts Bradley and this Informant went to the Pickled Egg and had some
Beer and Carter went home, Says Bradley and this Informant lay together
at Bradley Lodgings and Crofts lay at this Mothers, Says the next morning
about 8 o Clock the said Crofts and this Informant went to Mealings
and took all the Goods away and carried them to Elizabeth Smiths
who lives in Old Gravel Southwark where they left thematSays he has
been informed by Crofts that the said John Clift< no role > bought all the Plate for
£6..16..8 and the Linen and the other Goods they had Destroyed. Says that
all the afternoon before they Committed the Robbery the said Crofts Bradley< no role > and this
Informant were drinking at the Sun aforesaid Says that between two and
