Who on his Oath Saith that this Morning he
together with John Firth< no role > and James Powers< no role > and
John Atteridge Stole out of a Coal Barge about
five o Clock four Sacks of Coals belonging to
Mr. Ruds of Hackney and Lodged them at the
Harloguin in Narrow Street Lime house and
Afterwards took two Sacks to the Black Horse
in White Cross Street Stepney the Other two was
Stopped and Seized by the Head borough
