Who being severally upon Oath say And first
this Informant Ann Mann< no role > for herself saith that
she is a Servant to Mr Edward Cook< no role > the Corner of
Skinner Street Bishop gate that on Monday the first
day of February last this Informant went to Bed
between Eleven & twelve o'Clock at Night that she
had fastened and secured the House as usual as
she thought but by some means or other had omitted
to fasten an upper Bolt of the back parlour Window
which being discovered by her Master he called this
Informant down when she fastened the same &
went to Bed And this Informant further saith that
or White Flowered Silk Gown & a Shiped & flowered
Coloured Silk Gown [..] one Worked Muslin Apron
did belong to his late Mistress the Wife of the said Edward
Cook< no role > & that one other [..] Muslin apron trimmed
with an Edging this Informant verily believes did
also belong to her said late Mistress & are the property
of the said Edward Cook< no role > . And this Informant further
saith that on the Tuesday Morning being Informed that
her said Masters House had been broke Open this
Informant assisted him in examining the drawers
in order to as certain what had been taken & Carried
away that this Informant then Missed the two
Silk Gowns above mentioned the two Muslin Aprons
one Black Silk [..] & petty coat & other things
