The Information of Robert Bonnicka
Lodger Mr. Stephen Gately< no role > a Plaisterer in little
White Lyon Street near the Seven Dials taken upon
Oath this 26th. Day of March 1773 before me One
of his Majestys Justices of the peace in and for
the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that last Monday Night the
22d. Instant between the house of Nine and ten oClock
He was picked up by two Women who Carried him to an house
in Scots Court Cross Lome And that he went in with them
into a Room in which there was a Bed And that
during the time he was in the said Room his Silver
Watch two Seals and a Chain was Feloniously
taken from him and he verily believes that the same
was taken by a person now present who calls
herself Mary Ives< no role > and which said Silver Watch
two Seals & Chair being now produced this Informt
declares upon his Oath are his properly and were
so feloniously taken as aforesaid And his Suspicion
is the stronger to induce him to believe that the
said Mary Ives< no role > Stole the same because she
Immediately fled and absconded & believes did [..]
on Account thereof
