namely, Two Dictionary's for 5s or 6s shillings, poer William's
Reports for £1.1.0 Val.1s.2.3. Burrough's Reports for
£1.1.0 Val.1s.2.3 all which Books were (as this Informant was
told by Mr. Holloway who she w'd him Bill of Parcels) Par
of the Books so pure has'd of Mr. Donaldson as aforesaid
and this Informant further saith that one about the fourteenth
of August he met Thomas Harrison< no role > who told him Mr.
Holloway and Mr. Leo had caused him to Draw severall
Bills payable to different persons but had or everhad
accounted with him (the said Harrison) for the same and
Desir'd this Informant to tell said Holloway that unless he
did return said Bills or gave him some Money on Account he would resign no more
and this Informant saith he did pursuant to such request
acquaint Mr. Holloway and Mr. Leo with the aforesaid
Discourse much to the same Purport and was answered
as this Informant saith by Mr. Holloway that he had Deliver'd
up and cancelled the Bills Drawn by Harrison on Mr.
Webb and was further Desired by Mr. Holloway and Mr.
Leo to request Harrison to draw two small Bills payable
to Mr. Holloway for ten pounds each at some time telling
this Informant he the said Holloway would get such
Bills Discounted or pay them away for Goods and on this
Informant's acquainting Mr. Harrison therewith Mr.
Harrison told this Informant he had seen Mr. Holloway
and had drawn two such small Notes for £10 each; and this
Informant further saith that the said Holloway and Leo

had tryed several times to discount such notes but
that such Notes being so Drawn payable to Mr. Holloway
he could not pay them away with his the said Holloway
name upon them his name being so well known nobody
