The Voluntary Information Patrick Fenly< no role > taken
upon Oath before me Burford Camper< no role > one of his Majesty
Justices of the peace in and for the said County the 7th:
day of June in the year of our Lord 1771

Who saith that about a Fortnight ago he this Informant
together with Matthew Poland< no role > Charles Erls< no role > and one other
person whose name he does not know about three O'Clock in the morning went [..] and broke open
(with Iron Chissells) the Window Shutter of a House near Wapping Church saith
when they had broke open the Shutter the said Matthew Poland< no role >
went into the said House and then opened Door of the said
dwelling House next the Street and then the said Person whose
name he does not know went in at the Door so opened by
the said Matthew Poland< no role > saith that the said Poland and
the said other person Stayed in the said House about a
Quarter of an Hour and then came out and brought out with
them fifteen or Sixteen small Silver Spoons and three large
Silver Spoons and one Silver Cream Pot and one pair of Silver
Shoes Buckles and some Beef Dressed saith they all went from
the said House and sat on the Church Steps and there Eat the
said Beef and from thence went to Salt petre Bank
Saith that about Eight or Nine O'Clock in the Morning one
Lyons a Jew came to them [..] upon Salt Petre Bank to whom
they sold the said Silver Spoons Silver Cream Pot and the said
Silver Buckles for two Guineas
