The Voluntary Information of Patrick Fenley< no role > taken
before us two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in
and for the said County the fourth day of June in the year of
our Lord one thousand Seven [..] hundred and Seventy one.

This Informant being duly Sworn upon his Oath saith that [..] in
[..] the Night of Tuesday the Twenty Eighth day of May now last past
about Twelve O Clock he this Informant together with one Edward
Flanagan< no role > Thomas Jones< no role > and Matthew Poland< no role > (commonly called
Butler area) went to [..] a Public House in or near Rosemary
Lane and broke [..] the Window Shutter of the said House next the Street open and then
the said Edward Flanagan< no role > and Thomas Jones< no role > went into the said House
and He this Informant and the said Matthew Poland< no role > Staid without
to watch Saith that when when the said Edward Flanagan< no role > and Thomas
Jones< no role > came out of the said House (at the window through which they
went in) they brought out with them or one of them brought out
a Bag Containing half pence and one Glass Bottle [..]
[..] Containing Rum or Brandy which said Rum or Brandy
they DrankAnd this Informant further saith that
about Ten or Twelve Days ago he this Informant the said Matthew
Poland< no role > Charles Erals< no role > and one other person whose Name he does
not know went together to a House near or in Burr Street
and broke open the outside Shutter of a Window next the Street
and then the said Matthew Poland and the said other person
not known went into the said House and brought out with
them three or four Silver Tea Spoons and one Silver Pot which
said Spoons andTeaMilk Pot was sold to [..] a Jew
