Middlesex To wit

The Information of William Dennis< no role > and
John Mc.Daniel< no role > taken before me
this 1st. day of May 1771

Who being upon Oath say and first the said William for himself
says that 17 Table Spoons and 8 Tea Spoons and a Marrow Spoon
now produced his property were stolen last Sunday Evening from
his house in Covent Garden . And the said John Mc. Daniel< no role > for
himself says that he found the Said Spoons upon a person
now present who calls himself Robert Roberts< no role > at Kensington
last Monday Morning early, and the Said William further Says
that the said Robert Roberts< no role > lived Servant with him and
that he does verily believe the said RobertfoundStole
the Said Spoons
