The Information of Peter Renvoize< no role > and John
Grenon< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. taken before me this 1st. day of May 1771

Who being upon oath severally say and first the said Peter
Renvoize< no role > for himself says that in the might of the 24th.
of April last his house situate in Church Street Bethnal
Green was burglariously broke open and a Quantity of
Silver Plate and some Money was feloniously taken and
carried awayand the said John Grenon< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. for himself
says that he lives about two Doors from the said Mr Renvoize
in Church Street aforesaid that on the 24th of April last
about 12 o Clock at night he knocked at his own door in
order to get in Says he then saw three or four Persons come
out of Mr. Renvoize's house aforesaid, says that one
of them drew a Cutlass and [..] ed this Informant for
Money, that another in Company immediately knocked
this Informant down and fired at him with a Pistol which
Wounded this Informant in the Arm and this Informant
further says he is very sure that a Person now Present
who calls himself John Settle< no role > is the Person that
knocked him down and fired the Pistol at him & Wounded
him as aforesaid
