Who being upon Oath says that on Saturday Morning last between
5 & 6 o'Clock he met John Bayliss< no role >
Charles Ibbert< no role >
and John Murphy< no role >
in
Company together near Carey Street
each of them having a Bundle of Linen
Muslin & Handkerchiefs; that the Said John Bayliss< no role >
asked this Informant
whether he would [..] relieve them, that on the Same day in the Afternoon he
saw the said Charles Ibbert< no role >
again at the Shepherd & Goat in Salisbury
Court
who then told him that he the Said Ibbert the said Murphy the Said
Bayliss & one Sam a Barber had broke open a house the said Morning
& had stolen the Said Goods which they had picked out as being the best
and that they could have loaded a Cart if they had had one, that on Saturday
Evening about 6 he met with the Said Charles Ibbert< no role >
the Said John Murphy< no role >
the said John Bayliss< no role >
& the Said Sam the Barber at the Shepherd & Goat
& went to the white Swan in Salisbury Court
where they all conversed with
this Informant concerning the said Robbery, that this Morning he Saw the
said Murphy Sam. the Barber & Charles Ibbert< no role >
when they appointed
this Informant to come to them at 2 o'Clock, that some time afterwards
the Said Bayliss & the said Murphy went with this Informant to
a Room in the Hole in the Wall Passage
